Now I feel guilty. I skipped my run yesterda...Uggh. Now I feel guilty. I skipped my run yesterday with the knowledge that I would be able to make it up this morning. Only to realize I had to go watch my kids exercise in their Jog-a-Thons this morning instead of me jogging. I guess I will have to wait until this evening.<br /><br />But I have been so good since we bought our (Baby Trend) jogger in July. Running almost every other day, and last week I added situps after my run. I will have to do more strength training soon because a 35 minute run and 120 crunches only take you so far! <br /><br />I have lost about 8 pounds since I started (in July) and finally am fitting into my crop pants more comfortably - just in time to shelve them for next spring! I joined a gym in July and am alre...Love this idea! I joined a gym in July and am already feeling so much more energized. I do a mix of water aerobics, stationary bike, rowing machine, lap swimming and weight training. I get to the gym 2-3 days a week. <br /><br />I think I'm motivated to get my money's worth out of the membership.
