I don't claim to be a great photographer, but Naomi wanted to show off her new fancy footwear for all my blogging friends.

(I can't believe I'm posting this.)
This is what I look like most of the time, which is why the blog has been a little quiet lately.
Taking care of all my babies + More sleep = Survival |
We'll all get adjusted someday. Until then, thank goodness for cute baby shoes and other completely frivolous accessories that keep life fun!
Amy, I only have boys, so I just have to say that you both look adorable! Yes, loungies with no makeup is a badge of honor for moms of newborns.
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting the pics!
haha Those shoes are so cute and little! Nothing quite as joyous as baby shoes! That picture of you two sleeping is really funny too. :P
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I love baby shoes. Hope you get some more sleep in the upcoming weeks!
ReplyDeleteThose are adorable! I especially loved the slippers. As for falling asleep while holding a baby, I know what you mean. Our daughter is a year old now, and it feels like we're just now getting caught up on sleep - and even then we have entire weeks filled with middle-of-the-night wakings.
ReplyDeleteAw, Amy, the two of you napping is sweet ... and the baby booties are darling.
ReplyDeleteThose handmade pearl slippers are BEAUTIFUL. And I think we've all had those just-had-a-baby-and-I'm-so-exhausted-I-didn't-even-notice-the-camera-flash moments:)
ReplyDeleteWishing you lots of sleep!
Great shoes, Naomi! The two of you are so sweet together. Hope you both get lots of rest.
ReplyDeleteSweet, Amy. I even love the picture of you exhausted with Naomi!
ReplyDeleteAnyhow, reading this post this morning reminded me that I forgot to tell you that I linked you yesterday:

Remember when you reviewed the Peggy Rathman book? Well, as a result, I got it, and we love it--Moyer's "first story" was inspired by it. :) Thanks!
The picture of you and Naomi sleeping is classic and beautiful.
ReplyDeleteAnd you're right to get sleep whenever and wherever you can!
Love all the shoes, Naomi, but most especially the Chinese New Year ones.
Ahh, baby girl shoes. Love them all!
ReplyDeleteYou look so peaceful sleeping! Praying you get more of that!
LOL at the tired mommy photo. That's priceless! Love all the cute baby shoes. Naomi is one lucky girlie girl!
ReplyDeleteAw... cute pic.
ReplyDeleteOh, I love that last picture! Brings back some great (although very tired!) memories.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the adorable shoes!
