Check Baby Check Baby 1234

This is a test. This is only a test.

Because my last blog post never showed up in MY Google reader, so I'm wondering if it showed up in YOURS.

Did you get to read about how I met the wonderful children's book author Karma Wilson at my kids' elementary school? If not, and you want to, click >>here<<.

I have a really fun guest post lined up for tomorrow and I don't want anyone to miss it. So, hopefully this works.

While we're chatting, how was your weekend? Did you do anything fun? I was in my editing cave, but more about that later....

See you tomorrow!

  1. Today, I attended a book launch at Vroman's Bookstore in Pasadena and questioned a book publisher publicist as to why some authors get hung out to dry by their publishers.
    The publicist was not amused.
    Lupe F.

  2. I didn't get your last post in my reader. I've also tried twice via your link and twice via your archives to read it, and each time my computer has frozen. No problems with going back to any of your other posts though, very strange.

  3. It's Canadian Thanksgiving! My husband babrbequed a turkey - first turkey we've ever cooked. No salmanella so far!

So, in short, I have eaten this weekend. A lot. :)

  4. I didn't get your last post, but just followed your link and left a comment.

I'm definitely enjoying my 3 day weekend with unusually warm temps for this time of year. Hope to get to some writing today.

  5. I had a great weekend! The weather was so unseasonably warm--like summer. We walked on the beach and played mini golf. Fun stuff!

  6. Your post about Karma Wilson showed up in the sidebar of my blog (which is where I usually go to check for new blog posts), but I never checked Google Reader or Blogger Dashboard.

Sounds like you guys had a great time with a bona fide author. Now you just have to become one yourself, Amy, and come visit my town:)

  7. I'm recovering from my trip to England...This weekend I spent Saturday with my daughter, catching up. My husband is so sweet. He backed up and let us spend the day together, as she needed to chat with me. Sunday, I spent the day with my husband. We rode the Harley about 300 miles. It was a great weekend, but now I'm trying to catch up on two weeks worth of laundry and cleaning.

  8. I love Karma Wilson's books. :D

It's Canadian Thankgiving this weekend. I spent it in the mountains NOT editing or writing (a first for me).
